Over the course of its journey, this business has established a firm foothold in its industry. The biggest challenge was to complete the project in a very short period of time. The website needed to have many webpages, strongly interlinked with each other. In total 55-60 webpages had to be designed keeping in mind the design language and time constrictions.
Before we approach any design, our first step is to understand our client. We would want to clearly determine their expectations and requirements. By doing so, we are able to establish an appropriate premise that would help us crack the design.
Concept Kitchen previously had a website which was made just for the sake of having one on the internet. It lacked many features, the UI/UX was not up to the mark also the website didn’t match their standards. So they asked us to redesign the website which would reflect their brand’s premium personality and aesthetics.
The client wanted more influx of customers through the website. They wanted to showcase their products, modular kitchen and wardrobe solutions so that users can have a better experience while browsing the same.
The design process taken by every agency is unique. In this case, we first wanted to understand the space Concept Kitchen was supposed to compete in. We analysed the web designs that were being used by the competitors and others in the interior design space. By doing so, we got clear and concise about the requirements we needed to meet with the design.While designing the website, we made a priority to highlight their products in such a way that in one glance they reflect their richness and class effectively. Regarding the colour language of the website, and following thebrand guidelines; we went with a combination of Black and tint/shade variants of pink. With black being the major colour and pink accent. This choice perfected the balance between thelight theme of the website and its premium feel.
Since Concept Kitchen deals with products that are architecturally pleasing, we chose the font which was most optically and geometrically correct, “Monserrat”.
So that was our fruitful collaboration with Concept Kitchen, the people of CKI were highly cooperative and friendly. A good business never finishes, and that’s just our way.
